Rates

• 1–2 months: $1,900/month + fees

• 3+ months: $1,575/month + fees

Included in Your Stay

• All utilities: electricity, water, sewer, garbage, and propane (1 refill/month)

• Set up your own through Charter

• Unlimited access during business hours to:

• Natural hot mineral soaking pool (20' x 20')

• Heated freshwater swimming pool (50' x 100')

Move-in Costs

• $1,475 security deposit

• $225 non-refundable cleaning fee

• $30 application fee
