YES, YOUR UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED in the rental price of these wood-sided one bedroom & one bath manufactured Cavco cabins (Electricity, Water, Sewer, Garbage and Expanded Basic Cable TV----WiFi is also free in our main building or you can order wireless internet for your own cabin directly from Charter) Propane is also included monthly (limit one refill per month; extra propane runs $85/fill). How nice not to have to go to the time, trouble and expense of setting up your own utility accounts!
And as a tenant at Avila Hot Springs, you will also receive full free access to our 20' x 20' natural artesian hot mineral soaking pool AND our 50' x 100' heated freshwater swimming pool - during anytime during regular business hours.

Move-in requires a security deposit of $1375, plus first month's rent (pro-rated to the first), and $125 non-refundable reservation deposit which converts to a refundable cleaning deposit once you move in.
